SCARLETT RANCH is a 140-acre development project located Carstairs, a town 48 Kilometers north of Calgary, AB, Canada. It contains about 1300 homes of various types. The community will house approximately 3,100 residents.

 

The Construction began in 2016 and has since completed all underground and road works and nearly 300 individual homes have been built.

 

The public elementary school of this community has also opened. The rest of the project is expected to be completed by 2025.
